Patient’s Description:Hello
I have this week found a hair patch which is small. Doctors have said its Alopecia Areata. But I have been reading about Traction Alopecia. I went to a wedding maybe 8weeks ago and wore a headband which I never do. I had a headache within the hour but had to wear it from about 10 am to midnight because my hair was styled around it. The bow on it dug into my head all day. It just so happens my bald patch is exactly where the bow dug in. Could this be a cause from 8 weeks ago?
