This lotion contains a mixture of essential oils such as Rosemary, Jojoba, Geranium, and Carrot oil, which are known for their restorative properties. It also contains Apple Cider vinegar which acts as a natural conditioner and boosts hair repair.
To make this lotion, take 50 ml of rose water, add 50 ml of distilled water, 15 ml of Apple Cider vinegar, add 5 drops of Rosemary essential oil, 6 drops of Jojoba oil, 3 drops of carrot essential oil, 3 drops of geranium essential oil. Mix this well and your lotion is ready.

Apply this gel on the scalp and leave it for half an hour, then wash and rinse it off with mild shampoo. Aloe Vera juice can also be consumed to reduce hair loss and promote hair growth.
Onion juice is one of the easiest alopecia areata home remedies one can use. The sulfur in onion juice boosts hair regrowth. Fresh garlic and fresh onion juice when applied together, does wonder to the hair. Apply onion juice directly to the scalp twice a day. You can see visible results within 2 weeks.
